I was having problems in accessing my FTP account. I had my password reset once before and then i changed the password for my convenience. When I tried to connect the FTP again, due to some problem in my system i was not able to connect the FTP. Sundar was able to reset the password quickly and I was able to access my FTP account and did the changes required by my client.
